This policy explains how Catalyst Digital Services LLC ("we") handles information on sprayfoamguide.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us through the project form or the business listing form: location, project or business details, name, email, phone if you give it, and your consent choices.
- Technical information our hosting provider logs automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to run and secure the site.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and roughly where they are. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your request.
- If, and only if, you tick the sharing box: to send your request and contact details to a contractor in our directory who serves your area.
- To keep the site working and secure, and to understand in aggregate which pages are useful.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it with a provider only when you have agreed to that on the form. We use service providers to host the site and process form submissions; they handle data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep project requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for our records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to sharing for future requests, through the contact page. If we have already shared your request with a provider at your direction, you may also need to contact that provider.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
